I found that coming off the battery is a small auto-reset circuit breaker (with a red cap) is tripping. On the load side of this circuit breaker is all of the 12v load and another identical auto-reset circuit breaker. I confirmed the CB closest to the battery is tripping when operating the jacks. It is right above the lippert control panel.
